The Founder’s Dilemma: Overcoming Barriers to Execution

Every small business remains small for a reason. 

At Ephor, we believe that most often being small is due to a combination of lack of resources, capabilities and what we call the Founder's Dilemma; which is the struggle for consistent and repeatable execution.

Ask yourself these three (3) simple questions:

  1. Is your business realizing its potential and maximizing its performance?
  2. Are you working " in the business" or "on the business"?
  3. What is the current state of your business?
